Payment
You can make payments using a 100% secure PayPal. At the checkout please select express checkout with PayPal.
Other options - all popular payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron) and bank payments via 100% secure Paysera app. At the checkout please enter your address first, then click "Continue to shipping" then "Continue to payment" and select payment method "All popular payment methods".
Returns
If you changed your mind about your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 calendar days after you received it. Products must be new, unused and undamaged. You will be requested to cover the cost of sending the items back. Please contact us at hello@intraveco.com
If you got delivered not what you ordered (wrong size / color / print / product) or defective item, please contact us at hello@intraveco.com and we will arrange replacement / refund.
Shipping
We ship to all locations except:
Afghanistan, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Libya, Sudan, Syria, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Belarus, Russia and the United Arab Emirates.
We use your local postal services to ship your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number. Shipping with international carriers is not available.
The shipping costs that will be charged to you in addition to the product(s). You will see the shipping fee added at the checkout depending on your address and number/weight of the items in your cart.
Packages sent outside the EU are, depending on the country of destination, subject to customs fees. These fees are calculated differently in each country, depending on the value and type of product. It is the end customer who is required to pay these fees / taxes on import as they are not included into the product price.
As your order is custom made, it takes 2-4 working days to process it and then it is shipped. In EU shipping takes approximately 3-10 working days. In the rest of the world it takes 5-14 working days.
It is possible to change your shipping address until your order has gone into production (approximately 24 hours after you placed an order). Please send us an email to hello@intraveco.com with your order number and new shipping address and we will do our best to help you out.
